We offer the following programs and services:

1 on 1 Personal Training – $55 per hour session.

We can come to your home (pending safety inspection) or train you at the local park or beach. We will visit the Sutherland Shire suburbs, Sans Souci, Ramsgate, Blakehurst and Carss Park. (Areas not mentioned may incur an additional travel fee. Please enquire about your suburb).

Duo Personal Training – $70 per hour session.

10 Session Pass - $480. Save $70!

Beautiful Brides

Is your special day approaching? Now is the time to start your training program. Whether you need to lose a few kilos or you want to tone up and have a healthy glow, we will be by your side every step of the way. We will tailor a program to suit you based on your wedding date. There is no such thing as ‘I’ll start tomorrow.’ Start today! Take the first step and make an appointment to get you on track – looking ravishing and radiant on your big day.

Dancers

Programs

Dancers are unique and require superior strength and flexibility while maintaining a lean body shape. This program focuses on stretch and conditioning – specifically for dance. Use it as an additional fitness program to supplement your dance training.

Children’s Fitness

With an increase in childhood obesity over the last decade it is more important than ever to ensure our children get regular exercise. We offer specialised children’s fitness programs – incorporating fun activities so they learn to associate exercise with a positive experience. A child cannot exercise the same way an adult can, therefore child sessions only go for a 45 minute duration.

Beach Bod

Do the colder months see you wrapping yourself in large bulky clothes, eating more, staying indoors to keep warm and consequently putting on a few kilos? Do you then freak out when the warmer months swing around as you picture yourself in your bikini? Don’t stress! Get back into shape the proper way by exercising with a trainer and eating the right foods. This program is designed to shape up the whole body ready for summer!
